Water and Your Health

**

Water is essential to all known forms of life. In humans, water delivers oxygen and nutrients to different parts of the body, and removes toxins and waste from the body. Other things water aids humans with is regulating body temperature and letting joints shift and move with ease.

Water is such a neccesaty to survive compared to food. A human can survive 30-40 days without the use of food. As for water, humans can only survive 3-4 days without water.

It takes an average of 8-10 glasses of water to replenish all water lost after each day.
