A lot of people chose not wear a helmet when they ride their bikes and even though they may be professional bikers, they could someday get into an accident where a helmet could save their life.

This article is about a man named Alex who bikes home to work. His dad receives a call from a trucker who hit Alex and he is lying on the ground with a serious concussion and a broken nose. When Alex arrives to the hospital, the good news is that if he wasn't wearing a helmet, it would have been a fatal hit. Alex is fine and can still ride a bike.

I learned a lot from this article. To always wear a helmet when riding a bike. Alex didn't the truck coming but he was wearing a helmet and it saved his life.
