Ice Time At Bronte Creek

Rating: ***

I think that this is a great idea, there aren't that many good outdoor rinks in Ottawa and none of them are Olympic size. Therefore I think this is an interesting article and I would be interested in finding more information about this.

This article is about being able to skate on an outdoor Olympic size rink with friends and family. There is a staff who watches over the rink to make sure that it stays smooth and is enjoyable for everyone. There is a zamboni there to keep the ice at its best all time and the rink is always open to the public. You are allowed to skate no matter what your skill level is and you can rent skates and other equipment at the rink as well. I think it's cool that you don't need to be a fan if skating to go to the rink, they have areas for children and trails for cross country skiing so it's fun for the whole family.

I think this is a cool article because this is such a rare and uncommon thing to have quite close by. I would go and check this rink out with some friends for sure.
