about yourself and help clear the mind of stress. And you can change it up
every time by changing the scenery or going alone or with a group. You can also
make it easy or difficult by choosing how steep the hill is that you will
climb. I learned that this can really
clear your mind of stress and could also be a social thing. Also, hiking can
help with bone structure and actually reduce the chance of osteoporosis.
