The article “Injury Prevention: Climbing Warm-Up” is a useful article which efficiently explains how to best warm up your body before partaking in such an event as indoor rock climbing in order to avoid getting injured.
           
 Rock climbing is a fun and exhilarating form of exercise. However, many rock climbers are prone to becoming injured while participating in the sport do to the amount of flexibility required to do many of the courses. The article “Injury Prevention: Climbing Warm-Up” addresses this issue by describing how to choose an appropriate warm up for the sport as well as includes a proper dynamic stretch to do before climbing.

In my personal opinion, this article is very helpful. It is a good read which gives insightful tips on how to stay in perfect physical shape while rock climbing by alerting you on how to limit the possibility of getting an injury.
