There are many different level options depending on how much you would like to challenge yourself. Hiking may not even seem like exercise as it is fun and since the landscape is always different. Not only is hiking physically challenging, being out in the sun increases your vitamin D intake. This all comes to benefit your mental health since exercise in general decreases stress levels.
