5 Ways to Avoid Hiking Hazards and Injuries

There are certain things that you can follow to make sure that you have a better experience hiking and not have any problems.

1.Before you go on your trip, you should plan ahead. What your route is going to be, what the weather will be like, potencial hazards, ect. 2. Always bring more than needed. Its better to have to much food and clothing than not enough. 3. Know your limits. You dont wanna push yourself to far and if you are in a group you should never leave somebody behind. 4. Make sure you always have a first aid kit and make sure it has all the essential items. And 5. If things turn out bad, make sure you know what to do.
