Therapeutic Riding: Horses Helping People

Rating: *****

Horses helping people through the wonders of riding. Therapeutic Riding: Horses Helping People is a great article that shows how horseback riding can help those with disabilities.
This article demonstrates how, through horseback riding, some stables in the Ottawa area are helping people with all kinds of disabilities increase their strength and improve their balance. The article also talks about TROtt, Therapeutic Riding Association of Ottawa-Carleton, which has many different specific programs that helps people with all types of disabilities so they can have all their needs met.
I really liked this article because it shows how horses can help people through riding. In this article, there is an inspiring story of a man with severe CP who rolled up to his horse in his wheelchair, but once he was on the horse, he seemed to have no disability at all.
I recommend that all people should read this article so they too can see the amazing things horses can do.
