Trail running anywhere, anytime. By dave McMachon

This article was telling us the details of out side running and giving pointers of where you should run to make running more enjoyable. Dave McMahons article is telling people to go out side, get some fresh air and exercise your body.

This article really inspired me because I am I type of person that likes to do any type of cardio . running out side is my favorite and also a great exercise. Just the feeling of air flowing through your body and clean oxygen coming in and out of your lungs makes me feel great.
