Things You Should Know About Tents

Rating: ***
This article was long, but I would suggest it to people going on their first camping trip where you have to buy your own tents and equipment.

This article discusses things you should know about tents, such as various sizes, helpful hints and the differences between tent types. This article also details three common tents and tell you when they should be used, what size they come in and how effective they are at protecting you from the elements. Two things that this article presses is that a tent labeled for one person, will fit one person uncomfortably. The other is that tents are not waterproof, they are designed to let the moisture from sweat or your breathe out, so be sure to bring a tarp of some sort to cover the tent completely.

I strongly recommend this article for beginners and those who are new to camping to acquaint themselves with what to expect with different tents.
