This article describes on how to do a ‘wave wheel’ essentially a cartwheel while kayaking. Quite an interesting experience I am sure. Although I would not be able to do this move on my first try, by reading this article it taught me what to look for before doing one, safety features and such. A phrase that is repeated, go fast, to do a proper one and do it safely.

I would recommend this article to anyone who is an avid kayaker and is looking for a challenge.
