This
article was well organized and very informative on Triathlons. How the
Triathlon was created was explained, information on how to prepare for a
Triathlon, and what to keep in mind during a Triathlon was included in this article.
The story
of the creation of the Triathlon was very interesting: In 1979 three men; a
cyclist, a swimmer, and a runner all proposed that their sport required more
fitness the any other. This lead to the making of the Triathlon which is a race
where the participant has to swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles, and run 26.195
miles. I like that the article suggests that you shouldn’t be concerned with
the performance and timing of other participants but instead you should be most
concerned about your safety, being enthusiastic, going as fast as you can, and
having fun. This article also gives a lot of tips and ways of training your
body so that you will be comfortable with the distance of the race.
I gave this
article three stars because it was interesting to learn about the Triathlon and
had a lot of useful information on how to prepare your body and helpful tips for
if you want to compete in a Triathlon.

Good review. Same feedback as article #1, you need a proper citation.
