Rating: ** It’s OK I guess
“Ski Moguls Like Moseley” written by Deborah Williams is almost a guide to moguls, a very short guide. If anything it’s like one or two tips explained in detail.
First off: I’m not quite sure what to make of the tittle; I don’t know if it means “Go Skiing on moguls just like Mr. Moseley would” or “Ski Moguls have a similar shape to Mr. Moseley”, a comma would’ve been nice in the title. That’s minus one star. Secondly: The whole article is a long quote from Jonny Moseley (who is apparently a Moguls legend); the only part that isn’t his quote is an introduction paragraph that introduces his quote. Do yourself a favor and skip over that part, it’s useless. There’s one good thing about this article that makes up for some of the bad stuff and it’s actually pretty clever and modern. There’s a video in the article. It’s just a video of Moseley explaining one technique on how to make moguls easier (in fact it’s almost identical to his quote), but being able to see this technique in action makes it much clearer on how to execute it.
If you’re a fan of Moseley this is the article for you. But in all seriousness, if you’re looking to improve your mogul skills just buy mogul lessons; they’ll be much more helpful than this article ever will be.
