This Article ‘Shivering? Eat, sleep, slow down- and stay fit’ grabbed my attention as soon as I started reading it, Especially the title made me want to keep reading more.

This article is mainly talking about healthy active living. It talks about 4 different topics. The first topic is named ‘SHIVER CALORIES AWAY’. It is talking about how shivering is really a way of your body trying to warm you up. The second topic is named ‘GET YOUR ZZZZS’ It is talking about how you should be getting at least 8 hours of sleep per night. The third topic is named ‘TO CARB OR NOT TO CARB’ and it is talking about how carbohydrates are good fro you because they give you energy, just eating properly in general. The fourth topic is named ‘PACKING ON A FEW POUNDS’ it is talking about how to maintain a good weight.

I really enjoyed this short article because it gave me a different outlook on how to stay healthy. It tells you the main things you need to know to be healthy and stay fit.
