If you don’t know what to wear when you are outside in the winter and you are always finding yourself cold, then this is a great article for you to read.

This article is used to inform you about the proper layers to wear during winter sports. She gives you all the different layers to wear gives a description on what they are. The different layers are. Outer Layer which should be wind and weather resistant, and should be thin and not meant for warmth. Mid-Layer should be fleece or thermals and should keep you warm but leave enough room for other layers if needed. Inner Layer is used to whick sweat and moisture away from your body. Lastly you’re Base Layer which should cover your body from neck to toes. You are looking for long sleeves, leggings, and socks to ensure none of your body is exposed. She also adds the fact that you should make sure you buy a base layer that is made from material that does not retain moisture. She then also gives great tips on what to buy when shopping for base layers.

This article was a great read for me because I always go to the outdoor rink and always think I am dressed for the weather while I am standing in my warm house. I like how she gives you what all the layers are called and she describes what you are looking for and what they do to help you. She also gives you tips on what to look for when shopping for a base layer which would come in handy if you do not know what you are looking for.

I would recommend this article to anyone that partakes in any outdoor activities because she describes exactly what you need to wear.
