Outdoor Hiking: Why It's Good for the Body and Mind

When I found this article I thought it would be a good one to do since walking is my kind of thing it’s nice and relaxing then jogging around.

The article tells the reader how hiking is good for body and mind for instance with hiking it says it’s better to hike then go to the gym because hiking is always different with the trails you choose. They also say that with hiking uphill is the same as to jogging on the side walk.

This is a very good article on the benifits of hiking.
