This article was about a man who at the age of 15 had his right leg amputated due to cancer. After the incident, his mother sent him to an adventure camp where he fell in love with whitewater canoeing. He loved the way the canoe cut through the water with speed, precision the and grace. Throughout the next few years he did several trips where he then started to modify his canoe so it was more confortuable for him. He wanted no limitations. He eventually started a kayaking program for teens. This man has excelled at this sport and has not let anything or anyone get in his way.
