Beef Jerky Recipe By: Brendan Hubert and Alex Parsons
Per Batch
1 to 1.5
pounds of round steak make sure that meat is cut as thin as possible
2/3 cup of
Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup of
soy sauce
1 finely
minced clove of garlic
2 to 3
teaspoons finely ground black pepper
2 teaspoons
onion powder
1 teaspoon
liquid smoke
1 teaspoon
of cayenne pepper
·
We
added a bit more liquid smoke and cayenne pepper to give the jerky a bit more
flavor and heat.
·
Leave
the meat in the dehydrator until it is dry. If the meat is wet then leave it in
the dehydrator longer.
·
When
you are done let it cool down for a bit before you put in in a bag or
container.
