Article 2

   The article I read on rock climbing was interesting, and enlightening on the newly popular indoor, and outdoor sport. The article was written by Tanya Tiessen, and she explains that there are major benefits for muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, and flexibility. "Rock climbing will force you into positions you may have never been in" said Tanya, and she is right when free climbing on the boulder my body was not familiar with being upside down on an over hang, but quickly got used to it after some time.
    Rock climbing is an excellent sport which will help you have a good time while exercising core, arm, back, and finger muscles as well as not only physical, but mental strength. I found this article at:
