She understands the allure of a gym especially in the winter but exercising outdoors has benefits that you wouldn't get at a gym. Reynolds talks about all the machines you have access to in a gym and how you could get more exercise doing those activities outdoors.

    Reynolds talks about a recent test to see which way people enjoyed working out. When the results came back it turned out people enjoyed exercising outdoors rather than indoors. Overall this is a great article and is great advice for people who plan on working out over the summer.
