The Pains, Strains & Sprains of Paddling

I chose this article because it gave some information on Wrist and forearms injury prevention.

They write about first pain indicators of shoulder wrist and forearm strains and they say "early recognition" and "first aid treatment will help you maximize your paddling time and minimize your down time."

I thought this article might be important to some who are just starting out with paddling as it can be very stressful on your arms if you barely use them. My arms got tired as I started paddling quickly and they suggest releasing your death grip on the paddle and getting a paddle with a 30 degree twist on the shaft of the paddle.
