Go The Distance

The latest bombshell is that your morning run could the fountain of youth.

A team at Canada's McMaster University performed a study on two mice. One mouse suffered from grey hair, creaky joints and shriveled muscles. While the other mouse looks healthy and young. Why the difference ? The gray haired mouse lived a lazy life and the healthy mouse had an exercise regimen to follow. The Scientists discovered that a life long endurance regimen may help your body look and perform younger than its age. Exercising three times a week can cause reversal symptoms of ageing

In conclusion we as humans should learn from this study and stop being couch potatoes and go out for a run and we might look younger than we are and live longer.
