Saddle Up

Rating: ***

This article explains the benefits of cycling, and how to get the best out of it. First, he recommends that you always stay positive while cycling. It's one of the best workouts out there because it provides a great cardio workout, but it doesn't put as much of a strain on our body, like running does. Many people experience problems such as foot and knee pain while running. Cycling is much smoother and is a great option for those who are prone to those types of injuries. He also says that your bike should be well taken care of, so that it always performs at it's best. Things like checking tire pressure and oiling the chain are crucial. He also explains the benefits of group cycling. For those who are willing to become more serious with the activity, group cycling can be a lot of fun. It gives you the opportunity to share a passion with other people, and he also says that many cycling groups are given great opportunities to cycle some great routes.
I enjoyed this article because I have always loved to bike. It's a great workout and I find that we live in a very bike-friendly community. I would recommend this article to anyone who is interested on learning more about cycling and the many benefits that come with it.
