Running Tip's

I have recently become very interested in running. I found this article on running tips very interesting, as it gave me tips about running and also answered a very common question that most runners wonder.

The commonly asked question is why do some runners get a stitch or cramp of the side of the stomach ? the answer in the article is this is called a "runners stitch" When running we should start out slow and gradually build up the intensity of the run. the runners stitch could be caused by runners starting off to quickly and their breathing becomes labored causing a crap or stitch in their stomach. after reading this article i will remember this when starting my run.
