Surviving in the wilderness

Surviving in the wilderness:
This article is quite the lengthy article preparing you for what you should do if you find yourself lost in the wilderness. It is broken down into 3 different categories. Mental: never panic, it will only make things more stressful and you wont be able to concentrate on a solution to the problem. Physical: knowing how to make a fire in many different situations, along with knowing how to make a shelter out of different material. And tools: always bring a small survival pack with you for the necessities. The article includes a list of suggested items for this kit such as matches, flint, a knife, fire starter, first aid supplies, iodine tabs, emergency blanket, flashlight and much more. She (the author) also says that this can all fit into one fanny pack. She must have one large fanny pack.
This article is useful if you need to print out a good checklist of emergency items, and if you are a beginner in the wilderness it is an okay article to read, but for those people who already know the logic behind staying calm and building a fire, this article would just be a long boring read.
