When I chose this article, I was hoping it would give me some good ideas for my first aid kit assignment. While all the items never would have fit into a 10 item emergency kit, I thought the suggestions were equally important to a hiking trip.Although the hope would be that no one gets seriously hurt, we learned on our class hiking trip just how much blister pads are used, so I think that all in all, this article was pretty good to give you a basic idea of what you should bring for a trip to the outdoors.
