Using Exercise to Improve Mental Health

The article I read was about exercising to make you feel better about yourself, stay in shape, reduce stress and sleep better. The best fitness activities are the ones which get your heart rate up. Some of the best exercises to start with are riding your bike or going for a walk or hike in a scenic area. Outdoor activities are especially good for people who are stressed or anxious.  “Green” exercise is really great if you pay attention to the things around you in nature and regular exercise can not only make you more fit but increase your self-esteem.  After reading this I wanted to test the theory in the article. It made me think about how much I am exercising. I learned that this can help your mood and your sleep.
