Wilderness Tours is located just 1 hour west of Ottawa. It's a resort that offers whitewater rafting and plenty other outdoor activities. It's also the largest whitewater resort in all of Canada. There you can take part in whitewater expeditions that range from day to overnight, or the size of the raft that you're in, or even the more advanced rapids along the Ottawa. However that isn't the only thing that Wilderness Tours has to offer, it also has bungi jumping where you jump from 150ft straight down.
I would recommend this resort to anyone who's interested in the outdoors or to anyone who want to try something new and challenge themselves. I say this because you can go so many times and it won't be the same. The reason for this is that the water level is always changing, so if the waters really low it'll be way different from when it's high, since some rapids are only there if the waters a certain level. This would also be good for this class because it really pushes you to the extreme and tests your limits which is really a good thing because that's when you really learn.
